High prices of beef cuts paid locally encouraged the adoption of these measures. This policy was conceived to increase the beef meat supply at affordable prices for the local consumer. In this research we aim to identify the impact of the 2021 policy measures on the decision-making process of cattle producers, and ulteriorly, on the livestock evolution. In this research, breeders are the type of cattle producers of interest since their decisions affect directly the livestock evolution. To achieve our goal, we carry out different activities. From a quantitative approach, firstly we analyze the evolution of the main livestock variables immediately after the policy implementation. Next, we compare the national livestock system for the periods 2003-2018 and 2021 in order to detect trend changes in the sector performance, according to the methodology proposed by Arzubi (Arzubi, 2019). Now, from a theoretical approach, we focus on the political and economic purpose of the measures under analysis, from the perspective of Neo-institutionalism. The development involved relying on the Box and Jenkins modeling methodology, in which the stages of identification of the intervening variables, their estimation and, finally, the application of the control and diagnosis of the model used were followed. The selection of this type of model was found in its potential for forecasting in the financial field. At the same time, it allowed to carry out an order in the determination of the price lags that influence the present price of financial assets. Following this methodology allowed us to estimate two possible ARIMA (2,1,2) and ARIMA (4,1,2) configurations. At a 95% level, it was observed that the model that meets the characteristics of constant variance - validated by means of the Engle statistic - and well-behaved partial autocorrelation functions, is the ARIMA model (2,1,2) including the constant. This being the model with the highest prediction power because it has the lowest mean square error. To achieve this, four lines of study were defined: 1) the sociodemographic and behavioral characterization of teleworkers, 2) change at the personal-leisure-work level, 3) motivational factors, and 4) telework and gender. The data was collected through an online survey, the sample was non-probabilistic, for convenience. A total of 319 cases were analyzed. The profile of teleworkers was mostly female, with a university study, corresponding to the age range between 27 and 39 years, and residents of General Roca. In the personal-leisure-family changes, most clearly identify a reduction in costs and that the time saved in commuting to work is now for the family. On the other hand, a good salary was identified as the main motivational factor.
