Their dynamics are strongly influenced by tidal regimes, continental drainage, and atmospheric forces. The Negro River estuary is a unique ecosystem shared between the provinces of Río Negro and Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is the most significant allochthonous watercourse in the country and the second largest in the region in terms of water volume. Despite its notable biodiversity and its role as a key biogeographical transition zone, comprehensive faunal studies in the area remain scarce. In this context, the main objective of this study was to conduct a seasonal survey and inventory of the fauna associated with the outer estuary (marine mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, and macroinvertebrates) to provide essential tools for resource management. Seasonal sampling was carried out between November 2021 and October 2022 on both banks. Physicochemical parameters—including temperature, pH, salinity, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen—were recorded to characterize the area. Fauna presence was identified using various techniques, such as netting, direct observation, and transects. Taxonomically, 56 species of vertebrates and invertebrates were identified during field surveys. This information was integrated with bibliographic data and citizen science reports, resulting in a comprehensive inventory of 98 species (distributed across 79 families and 53 orders). The presence of key conservation species listed as "Vulnerable" by the IUCN was confirmed, including the Franciscana dolphin (Pontoporia blainvillei), the Bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops truncatus), and the Patagonian seahorse (Hippocampus patagonicus). Additionally, five exotic species were recorded, highlighting the first record of the European green crab (Carcinus maenas) in the area. Physicochemical analysis revealed marked temporal variation driven by the interaction between river discharge and marine influence, with lower salinity levels recorded during autumn and winter. Biodiversity indices showed lower fish diversity in summer (Simpson Index, D=0.45), while the Jaccard Index for birds (0.47) indicated significant differences in composition between both riverbanks. This work represents the first comprehensive faunal survey of the area, underscoring its ecological importance as a breeding and feeding ground. Furthermore, it highlights current threats—such as invasive species and anthropic pressures—and reinforces the urgent need to declare the estuary a Protected Natural Area through coordinated interprovincial management. Taking as reference the comprehensive model for the analysis of academic trajectories proposed by González (2011), a sequential explanatory mixed study with a predominantly quantitative approach was developed with a two-phase methodological approach process. A first phase of quantitative approach to academic trajectories based on data obtained from the institutional records of the UNRN, in which the academic trajectories of the total population of student athletes (n= 710) were described; the types of academic trajectories were determined; The association between academic career and sports participation was established from the comparative analysis of the academic careers of the total population of UNRN students (n=24,698) and the correlation between the level of sports participation and the academic career of the athlete graduates was determined. Based on the data obtained, a second, complementary qualitative phase was conducted, which constituted a first approach aimed at understanding the problem. This phase involved in-depth interviews with eleven (11) graduates. The experiences of student athletes in their academic and athletic careers were recovered and analyzed, and their assessment of the relationship between participation in the athletic program and their academic career was investigated. The study concluded that participation in the representative athletic program had a positive influence on the academic career of student athletes, who registered a statistically significant difference compared to non-athletes in their persistent careers, in re-enrollment in the first and second years, in academic performance, in the graduation rate, and in the length of their degree. This influence could be explained by the favorable effects of participation in university sports on social integration, academic integration, and institutional affiliation, and by the possibility that systematic sports practice from childhood generates and/or reinforces certain dispositions in students that are updated during the university stage and favor academic success. This chain faces structural challenges that limit its consolidation in terms of competitiveness and equity. This research aims to analyze the beekeeping value chain in the departments of Adolfo Alsina, Conesa, and Pichi Mahuida to determine the levels of competitiveness and equity among its actors, evaluating the barriers that hinder sustainable development. To this end, a research design was implemented based on semi-structured interviews directed at key stakeholders within the chain, as well as a digital survey. Data collection was complemented by the analysis of secondary sources and the application of systemic analysis tools to identify the chain’s links and their interrelationships, based on the chain analysis framework by Van Der Heyden et al. (2006). The diagnosis revealed that the chain suffers from marked fragmentation and a lack of stable critical mass, which weakens the bargaining power of the primary link. It is concluded that territorial strengthening and the pursuit of shared value are necessary conditions to promote a sustainable and more equitable beekeeping activity.
