Abstract

The present work begins with the implementation of the Social Work Program that was called "Drum Rope: a musical project for cultural action". After introducing ourselves in the experience carried out in this framework, the process that led to the formulation of the central question of this exercise will be explained. The theoretical-methodological approaches that give form and foundation to both that question and the research problem are here developed. To begin this exercise, we will present part of the story that tells how this web of relationships around the Program and the Library (Barrio Los Coihues), it became the field of this investigation.
