| Abstract: | This paper investigates the Panic Group, whose main references are: Fernando Arrabal, Alejandro Jodorowsky and Roland Topor. One of the objects of this research will be to recognize some concepts of Antonin Artaud, such as plague and cruelty, in the theatrical stalls of the Group. They are: the negative conception that the artist had about the bourgeois society of his time, the need to reconnect art with life and the criticism he established towards the art institution. Given this premise, another objective is to relate the idea of the grotesque body, proposed by Mijail Bakhtin in 1940. The two edges that make up this research, Panic Group and grotesque body, are closely related and result in a new perspective of art: the abject as an aesthetic category. |
| Resumen: | Este trabajo investiga al Grupo Pánico, cuyos principales referentes son: Fernando Arrabal, Alejandro Jodorowsky y Roland Topor. Uno de los objetos de esta investigación será reconocer algunos conceptos de Antonin Artaud, tales como la peste y la crueldad, en las puestas teatrales del Grupo. Las mismas son: la concepción negativa que tenía el artista sobre la sociedad burguesa de su tiempo, la necesidad de reconectar el arte con la vida y la crítica que él establecía hacia la institución arte. Teniendo en cuenta esta premisa, otro de los objetivos es relacionar la idea de cuerpo grotesco, propuesta por Mijail Bajtín en 1940. Las dos aristas que componen esta investigación, Grupo Pánico y cuerpo grotesco, están íntimamente relacionadas y dan como resultado una nueva perspectiva del arte: lo abyecto como categoría estética. |
