dc.description.abstractThis study analysed news stories from the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo in three time periods during the first year of the pandemic in Brazil. Through content analysis, in the context of a theoretical framework that includes elements of public communication of science, community health and critical epidemiology, we sought to identify trends and changes in the topics reported and concluded that there is a change of focus with the evolution of the pandemic and limitations are observed to address scientific issues.es_ES

dc.description.resumenEn este estudio se analizaron las noticias del periódico Folha de S. Paulo en tres cortes temporales del primer año de la pandemia en Brasil. Por medio de análisis de contenido, en el contexto de un marco teórico que incluye elementos de la comunicación pública de la ciencia, la salud comunitaria y la epidemiología crítica, se buscó identificar tendencias y cambios en los temas divulgados y se concluyó que hay un cambio de enfoque con la evolución de la pandemia y se observan limitaciones para abordar temas científicos.es_ES
